The Family Life Ministry at PCC is dedicated to strengthening the family’s relationships with God and each other. We aim to provide tools, resources, and partnership to come alongside families to help them grow in God, communicate more effectively with each other, deepen commitment in marriage, and assist in becoming the parents God has called them to be. Family Life Ministries helps families grow in love and live in harmony as the family of God.
We believe that first and foremost families are a blessing. They are awesome! Families are also complicated, messy, loving, combative, supportive, easy, painful, joyful. They are comprised of people you’ve known from birth; and the people you’ve met along your way. All throughout the bible we see how God has used families, both broken and blessed, to tell His story. Whatever your family dynamic, God has a plan for your family, too, and we would be honored to come alongside your family to support you on this amazing journey.
We believe that when everyone in a family places God in the center, the strength of that family cannot be diminished by the things of this world. Marriages can thrive, parent/child, and even sibling relationships, can flourish and experience the fullness of God’s love.

At Home

A strong, Godly, family starts at home — every day of the week. Family Life encourages and supports each parent’s discipleship responsibilities to their children and offers resources to equip you in this discipleship and apply God’s word to everyday family life.

At Church

As the church family, we want to dive deeper into God’s word and learn more about what He has done and can do through families. There are frequent opportunities offered for families to engage with the local church body through worship, God’s word and building relationships with others.

Through family-centered events, at church and in the community, families and married couples have opportunities to come together and have fun. We laugh together, cry together, celebrate together…grow together!

You may have heard it said that we don’t choose our family. They are God’s gift to you, as you are to them. We believe that family is just that…a gift from God. We share a passion to nurture, care for and develop the gift of marriage and family within our church body. We have been married since 2003 and have been blessed with four amazing children. Serving God together, as a family, unifies us all with Him and each other in amazing ways. We can’t wait to get to know you and your family as we journey together to grow our marriages and families, in God, to their fullest potential.
