Leadership Team

Pastor Loren has served as the Lead Pastor of Pacific Christian Center since 2019. Prior to coming to PCC, he served as a lead pastor in Los Angeles for seventeen years. He is passionate about reaching the next generation and sharing the love of Jesus with the hurting in our local community. In addition to his ministry with the church, he is the host of The 5 Minute Discipleship Podcast which reaches 101 nations of the world. This daily podcast exists to inspire believers who want to deepen their faith and grow closer to God. Pastor Loren is married to his beautiful wife, Linda, and together they have three daughters. In addition to being an ordained minister with the AG, Pastor Loren also holds a bachelor's degree in biblical literature from Ozark Bible College and a master's degree in religion and church leadership from Vanguard University. When you get to know him, you'll discover his favorite food is tacos and he is a huge fan of the Los Angeles Dodgers! More than anything, he is passionate about sharing the gospel and the love of Jesus.  

Pastor Linda is an ordained minister, our Associate Pastor, and the Director of Women’s Ministries for our SoCal Network. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Biblical Theology from Ozark Bible Institute and College. She and her husband, Loren, have three amazing daughters.
At the age of four years old, Linda accepted Jesus Christ as her savior and received the baptism of the Holy Spirit at six years of age. It has been the desire of her heart from then to serve God in ministry to others.

Pastor Phil is an ordained minister and serves as our Missions and Compassion Ministries Pastor. In this role, he leads our Angel Food and CityServe Ministries which offers a great deal of support for our local community.
Pastor Phil and his wife Claudene have three adult children, five grandchildren, and two great grandchildren. Pastor Phil has a passion for and enjoys family, missions travel and also enjoys snacking on one of his favorites; black licorice candy. 

Dr. Foell holds a BA from CSULB as well as an MA and Doctorate of Ministry in Biblical Counseling and has also taught at every level of education (elementary through college). Following pastorates in Southern CA, Dr. Foell spent 15 years as the Care Pastor and Campus Pastor of his previous church. 

Pastor Rick is an AG Credentialed Minister and serves as our Youth Pastor.  He has been on staff at PCC since 2018 and has been serving as our Youth Pastor since 2020. He has been married to Kaykay Pineda, our Children’s Ministry Director, since 2021 and they both have a passion of reaching and investing in the next generation. When he isn’t on church campus, you can catch Pastor Rick surfing, taking photos on his film cameras, and rewatching Marvel/Star Wars movies!

Kaykay  is our Children’s Ministry Director at Pacific Christian Center. She has been on staff here since 2021. She is married to Rick Pineda, who serve as the Youth Pastor at Pacific Christian Center. Rick and Kaykay have been married since May of 2021 and have a huge heart for the next generation at PCC. When she isn’t here with the kiddos, you can find Kaykay either outside soaking up the sunshine or binge-watching her favorite TV shows at home! 

Mr. White has been a Christian Educator for 40 + years.  He is in his third year as Principal/Administrator of Pacific Christian School.  He earned his Bachelor's degree from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona and his Master's degree in Education from United States International University.  He holds an Administrative Credential with The Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI).  In 2010 he became a National Blue Ribbon Principal when he led his Elementary and Junior High School to National Blue Ribbon School of Excellence status with the U.S. Department of Education.  As a former collegiate athlete he loves all sports, particularly college football and baseball.  He has been married to his high school sweetheart, Karen for 43 years. They have four adult children and three grandchildren.   

Sonja has been an early childhood educator for thirty six years. She is in her twenty fourth year here at Pacific Christian, with the last five years serving as Assistant Preschool Director. She and her husband have been married for thirty one years and have five wonderful children and four amazing granddaughters. She loves to camp, hike and adventure with her family. Sonja rededicated her life to the Lord at the age of 16. She always stands in awe as she sees God's hand working and sees His wonder all around her!

Brent is new to the Santa Maria valley having arrived in 2020. Looking forward to retirement with his wife, Candi, finding a church was high on their priority list. Pacific Christian Center fit the bill perfectly. Friendly members and a place to serve were exactly what they needed. And God had something else in mind instead of retirement. Brent has a B.S. degree in Business Administration from San Jose State University and and a Master of Business Administration from Santa Clara University. He previously worked as Vice President Information Systems for a service company supporting locations across North America.
As the Church Business Administrator, Brent oversees the financial and operational aspects at Pacific Christian Center. He enjoys working with a great team to help grow God’s Kingdom.

Donna is the mother of 7 children, blended but owned, and 21 amazing grandchildren. She is passionate about being involved with people of all ages and serving the community. New outlooks have given her new doors of opportunities to serve. She believes that Pacific Christian is a patchwork of faith filled people who share a common goal. It is a powerful Christian based tool, and she is honored to be part of this Church family!
Before coming to Pacific Christian Center, Donna worked at the Santa Maria Country Club for approximately 22 years as the Wedding and Special Event Coordinator, Food and Beverage Director and Office Manager. After a short stay on the East Coast where her family lives and where she grew up, Donna moved back to California returning to SMCC in 2017. In 2019 Donna became the first female General Manager in the Club’s 100-year history. She began
her career and calling at Pacific Christian Center in November 2024.

Audrey Totorica brings a passion and enthusiasm to serve as an Administrative Assistant on our team. Her role involves ensuring smooth administrative support, and she is known for her organizational skills, attention to detail, and warm, welcoming demeanor.  She earned her Bachelor's degree in Athletic Training from Azusa Pacific University in 2001.
Audrey is a dedicated member of our community and has been a part of our PCC church family since 2011 and engaged in areas of ministry such as worship, life groups and hospitality.

Lynne received her B.A. in Psychology and her M.S. in Counseling from CSUH and spent a rewarding career in school administration, before retiring. She is an ordained Assemblies of God minister. 

Teresa's counseling career began in 1995 under the tutelage and mentorship of two spiritually gifted and discerning female pastoral counselors. She spent 12 years as a full-time staff lay counselor at her previous church specializing in family and marriage counseling.
